Kevin Boss/Boss Sports Performance
Dec 01, 2022 Season 1 Episode 29
Adam Short

In 2007, Kevin Boss was drafted to the New York Giants and went on to win a Super Bowl later that season. After 6 seasons in the NFL, Kevin and his family moved back to their home state of Oregon and In 2014, Kevin opened BOSS Sports Performance. Nearly ten years later, BOSS has grown to become a state-of-the-art strength and conditioning facility, inspired both by the professional facilities Kevin trained in during his time in the National Football League, and the no gimmicks, no fads and no shortcuts mindset he was exposed  to throughout his athletic career. Today, Kevin and his team train athletes of all ages and ability levels, helping them reach their fullest athletic potential by practicing science backed, evidenced based strength and conditioning techniques in a safe, positive and encouraging atmosphere.  BOSS Sports Performance continues to grow, likely due to the simplicity of their time-tested core values: Inspiration, Discipline, Community, Integrity and Fun.  On episode 29, Kevin takes a moment to sit down and share a bit more of his story. Join me as Kevin and several other members of the Boss  Sports Performance family shine a light on just some of the reasons why the parking lot is full at 5:30 am and people are grinding. Thanks for your time Kevin. It seems clear that you’re making the transition well from world class athlete to world class boss, no pun intended.
